Vladislav Spitsin is an Associate Professor at the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University and Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics. His professional interests are economies of industries, innovative development and technology transfer, foreign direct investment, industrial development tendencies and regional economy. He is a co-author of three certificates of computer programs for solving economic problems. The results of his research are presented in local and international publications.

Dr Darko B. Vukovic is the Head of the International Laboratory for Finance and Financial Markets at Faculty of Economics, People’s Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University), in Moscow, Russia. He is engaged on international master program, subjects: financial markets and institutions and financial risk management. Since 2008, Dr Darko Vukovic works at Geographical Institute “Jovan Cvijic” of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, at the position of Chief of Department of Regional Economics and Economic Geography.

Dr Lubov Spitsina is an Associate Professor at the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University in Economics. Her professional interests include innovative economy and activities; formal and informal institutions and their economic importance; and well-being factors interdisciplinary analysis. The results of her studies are presented in local and international publications.

Dr Mustafa Özer is an Economist and teaches at the Anadolu University, Eskişehir, Turkey. Mustafa Özer’s areas of research are applied econometrics (especially in the fields of tourism economics, financial markets, Turkish economy and open macro economy), financial crises, business cycles, as well as civil society and publishes articles in international journals especially subjects of financial market interactions, current account deficit and its effect on macro economy and foreign trade, growth and tourism. He teaches the PhD econometrics courses at Social Sciences Institute of Anadolu University and Belgrade Banking Academy in Serbia. Özer led both national and international projects regarding the role of civil society in Turkey, especially measuring the value added and employment contributions of civil society. Özer is also a Member of the scientific committee of international conferences such as MIBES, ICOBAS, ASECU, IJOPEC, EconAnadolu, Europe and Asia: Economic Integration Prospects and EUREFE. He serves as an Editor in International Econometric Review. He is also an Editorial Board Member of the international scientific journals such as Equilibrium, Quarterly Journal of Economics and Economic Policy, Journal of Risk Management and Journal of Central Banking Theory and Practice and some journals in Turkey and contributes to Singapore Economic Review and Financial Innovation as Reviewer and Sage Open as an Article Editor and Reviewer.
