Ruwel diverts investment to Germany

Ruwel has decided to invest in Germany this year, and not in Bayonne, France,as was previously expected. Adolf Oberman, general manager of the Ruwel site in Bayonne, says that the group will build a new factory in the Ruhr, at a cost of about FFr220 million.
