With more than 400 units installed worldwide, AUTOMA-TECH is recognised as a world leader in automatic exposure units.
Based on this know-how, Automa- Tech launches a new semi automatic exposure unit: entitled AFOSA i.e.
The AFOSA i.e. is a combination of the most advanced registration system and the best collimated light available on the market (5 or 8 KW).
The set up time is particularly short since less than 2 min is required to load a new set of artworks in a drawer. The operator may load manually new artworks sets and the panel (the drawers open automatically), but afterwards everything is 100 percent automatic as it would be with a full automatic in-line printer.
Whatever is the process (innerlayers, outerlayers) the AFOSA ie will produce the finer features with the higher yields with no compromise on quality.
Very often sufficient productivity cannot be achieved with very high-end equipment. This is not the case with the AFOSA ie; thanks to the dual drawers:the productivity can reach about 2 panels/min.
Most advanced boards can be processed with this new AFOSA ie such as Laser vias or Conformal mask.
