About Digital Policy, Regulation and Governance
Aims and scope
Digital Policy, Regulation and Governance (formerly info: The journal of policy, regulation and strategy for telecommunications, information and media) is concerned with the impacts of information and communications technologies (ICT) on the economy and society. In particular, it covers the implications of two important technological transformations, namely the rise of mobile communications and the internet, resulting in the emergence of a digital economy and society.
The journal analyses these technological changes from a multidisciplinary perspective, drawing on concepts and models from economics, the political, social and behavioural sciences, decision analysis, engineering, and law.
Articles are welcome on the following topics:

- Implications of the data-driven economy and society
- Self and coregulatory models
- Policy and regulatory aspects of wired and wireless networks
- Spectrum requirements for 5G

- Digitization of media and content
Digital Policy, Regulation and Governance also publishes special and thematic issues focussed on important and emerging topics in the field of study. Ideas for special issues are proposed by the editorial board and approved by the Editor-in-Chief. The journal does not accept unsolicited special issue proposals. The journal has established a rigorous process to ensure that any special issue manuscripts follow the same high-quality standards and peer review processes as regular manuscripts.
