Positive Culture: The Key Element for Successful Teamwork

Positive relationships between management and employees at the work place can enhance the climate of the organisation. By examining management/employee relationships, one can predict the success or failure of a teamwork initiative. As one individual illustrated, “My work environment is a lot like a dog‐sled.
