Guest editorial: We are here (Estamos Aquí): researching the Latinx work experience in the US, Guest Editors’ introduction to the Special Issue

This Special Issue is a call for scholarship that sheds light on the organizational and work experiences of Latinos. Our aim is to focus on a continued research agenda that embraces the complexities and commonalities of Latino ^[1] identities in the study of organizations and workplace settings. This effort is especially timely, given the heightened relevance and salience of these issues in today’s highly politicized climate for Latinos in the US.
