European Journal of Training and Development aims to provide all those involved in research and practice in training with ideas, news, research findings, case examples and discussion on training and development. The main focus is on Europe but draws insights from an international perspective.

This journal was previously published as Journal of European Industrial Training until 2011. Previous ISSN 0309-0590.

Accepted manuscript types and word counts

  • Paper — up to 7000 words
  • Perspective on Practice Paper — up to 7000 words
  • Theoretical Paper — up to 7000 words
  • Book Review — up to 1500 words
