An Audio‐Visual Approach to Training

In September 1974 an approach was made by the newly appointed training manager of an agricultural company involved in duck husbandry to see whether I would be interested in helping to design some form of training material for use within the company. By November 1974 agreement was made in principle to provide funds for the project, and meaningful discussions were begun. Eighteen months later, the training course had been designed, support materials produced and training started.
