Are You Getting Value from Your CCTV?

Many organisations with even only a reasonable training facility have VTR/CCTV capabilities these days but often these are poorly used or not used at all. I also have a distinct impression that contributors to training journals seem to have lukewarm feelings about the use of VTR as an educational tool. During the last five years the market has been flooded with good quality equipment and a basic ½in system is still relatively inexpensive. Undoubtedly, a lot of training departments climbed on the bandwagon and bought TV equipment because it was the thing to have. How much of it is gathering dust in a cupboard now I wonder?
