IN RECENT weeks the press has presented a good cross‐section of opinion about education for girls, its aims and purposes, curricula and techniques and the quality of staffing. If there was considerable confusion about the subject it was much less disturbing than the evident lack of interest in the education of girls leaving school at 15.
