Co‐ordination of Training in a Group Scheme

In describing the scheme the author makes particular reference to two aspects — the benefit which the training staffs of the various member organisations derive from the interchange of experience on training methods, and the important part played by the trainees themselves in co‐ordinating training throughout the group.
