Coca‐Cola & Schweppes Beverages has teamed up with the University of Bradford Management Centre and the National Extension College in a unique scheme which combines a job with a fully‐supported distance‐learning course leading to a degree in business and management studies. This article explores the so‐called “FrontLine program”, which offers people independence and the opportunity to earn a salary while studying for a degree.
