The Compacts Scheme: How it Works at the Portman Inter‐Continental Hotel Available to Purchase

Compacts is a training scheme which strengthens relationships between schools and employers. This article consists of a series of short contributions telling the “inside story”of one Compacts′ scheme from several perspectives. Contributions are presented from the employer, the school, the pupils and a teacher on a week′s secondment.
