Prospects for oil in the fourth quarter.
Significance
While crude production growth is falling across non-OPEC countries, it continues to outpace demand. There is little prospect of a significant price recovery in the fourth quarter, although the US market may tighten on the back of rising gasoline demand and gradually slowing crude output. However, there is still an overhang of crude stocks and further downward prices movements are possible.
