Significance
Prospective entry into the passport-free area will give a boost to the Romanian cabinet backed by the Social Democrats (PSD) and National Liberals (PNL). While providing stability, the grand coalition rests on an unspoken agreement to sidestep the overdue modernisation of state institutions.
Impacts
