This study aims to propose an integrated approach to roadmap development that enhances alignment and practical impact by combining data-driven analysis with stakeholder engagement.
The methodology incorporates drivers and trends analysis, social network analysis and technology readiness assessments into the roadmapping process. This approach is demonstrated through a roadmap development case of the automotive industry in Thailand.
