The United Nations has released a report in conjunction with IPMA-HR. The Human Resource Recruitment and Best Talent Retention: Tool Kit for the Public Sectoris designed for an international audience and includes many substantive articles prepared by IPMA-HR staff and members.
The report comes at a crucial time when governments all over the world are coping with an aging workforce and the pressures of increased globalization. Recruiting and retaining top talent is one of the most important roles of HR professionals.
