Lays out a four-step training cycle of preparation, planning, presenting and evaluating, lists questions to ask to ascertain the appropriate training method for a particular situation, covers several instructional methods, and provides a sample lesson plan. Concludes with a four-step teaching approach of arouse interest, engage the students, provide an opportunity for learners to try new methods, and transfer new knowledge to real-life situations.
