High‐Impact On‐The‐Job Training

It would come as no revelation to announce that on‐the‐job training (OJT) is one of the simplest and most cost effective ways of training employees. The statement that its use does not require extensive budgets, sophisticated training staffs, or trainee time away from the workplace likewise would not be front page news.
