Health and safety sits at the heart of corporate-event planning at KTS Events, following a training program for 22 of the companys 23 employees.
KTS Events, of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, worked with C&C Training to ensure that the employees met Health and Safety Executive and Institution of Occupational Safety and Health standards.
Katie Savage, managing director at KTS Events, explained: “We have a reputation for executing high-risk and unique events for UK and international blue-chip clients, and rely on third-party venues or suppliers to host these events. It is imperative that the team we have here knows exactly what to look out for and the precise questions to ask to ensure a fail-safe event. We wanted a training provider who understood that it was not about just ticking a box, who could instil in our staff a passion for health and safety.
