Mike Palmer specializes in all aspects of Project Management, acting in the role of project coach to help project teams reach successful conclusions. Over the course of the past 20 years, he has helped many organizations to develop their project disciplines, procedures and documentation; he has also helped their project leaders to develop skills in leading cross-functional teams.

Mike enjoys running team leader development programmes which include coaching, performance management and communication skills. His recent projects include:

• designing and rolling out a new Product Development Process for a European manufacturing organization;

• designing and running Project Leadership Courses for banking,pharmaceutical and manufacturing multinationals;

• developing a suite of courses to develop Project Business Case writing skills; and

• acting as project coach for projects in information technology, engineering construction, pharmaceutical trials and FMCG product development.
