Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to detail the discovery of the Fourth Law of Iceberg Communication Theory.
Design/methodology/approach
The paper sets out Iceberg Communication Theory and the three existing laws, and details the Fourth Law and the research base underpinning its creation, with a relevant case study.
Findings
The Fourth Law enables any individual to meet their goals and to lead a more fulfilling, successful life.
Originality/value
The discovery of the Fourth Law is original and the value is as outlined above.
