Leading recruitment consultancy Robert Half International (RHI) has launched a series of innovative training programmes developed by trainer, Sharon Adair.
As part of RHI's commitment to provide value to its clients and the need to maintain a strong lead in the very competitive recruitment industry, RHI is offering bespoke training in the area of recruitment and retention of staff to clients who include household brand names, such as Thomson Holidays, HBSC and L'Oreal.
Steve Carter, UK Managing Director for RHI, comments: "We are committed to providing value-added services to our clients. In order for them to get the best out of the recruitment industry and the smoothest ride possible, you have to provide the appropriate tools, both internally and externally. By training our clients, they are better able to brief us about their recruitment needs and in return we are better able to provide them with the right candidate for the job".
Sharon Adair has over 17 years' experience in the training and development of managers up to and including Board level. The plan at RHI is to introduce a new training programme each quarter. This training is intended to supplement other bespoke training or one-to-one coaching offered. RHI focuses on tailoring all training to the individual needs of clients. No "off-the-shelf" packages are used.
