Mitsui Sumitomo centralizes training management

A new learning-management system is helping Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance (China)to centralize the management of its training programs across the mainland.
The company needed a solution to help to improve employee retention, morale and motivation by engaging employees with easy access to information that affects their learning and development ambitions.
Shen Shaoqing, MSI China’s deputy manager of HR and administration,said: “We think highly of the role that learning and development play in our employees’ career development and the implementation of company strategy. Our HR department wanted to introduce a learning-management system to build a learning and communication platform and enhance the learning effectiveness and standard of digitalization of our content.”
