The system will be used by more than 1,000 new graduates worldwide, in line with BP’s core-competency framework.

The company has chosen LiveTime Learning, the live on-line training service from e-learning specialist Brightwave.

Brightwave has worked closely with BP on a number of new features for the service, including a streamlined on-line registration process and promotional assets to encourage take-up of the service as part of a dedicated internal-communications plan.

“We are pleased to be offering LiveTime to our graduates around the world, as part of our ongoing commitment to giving them the best training and development opportunities,” said Tony Hursey. “We are continually seeking to offer training that is innovative and can be delivered effectively on a global scale.”

LiveTime Learning managing director Matt Turner said:

Our close work with BP demonstrates our dedication to tailoring the service to meet the individual needs of an organization and its target learner groups. This includes devising relevant learning pathways from more than 100 live sessions to imaginative ways, including social media, to ensure adoption.
