Two books for you in this edition on leadership, a topic close to the heart of many. One, by Erika Andersen, is a neatly packaged offering by an experienced author. The other is by Julia Felton. It is her first book and perhaps shows more by way of passion, albeit for a very specific method of learning the lessons of leadership. It has been interesting to compare and contrast the two.
