This was due to be held on 25th November 2004 at the National Agricultural Centre – Stoneleigh Park Exhibition and Conference Centre, Nr Coventry. Royal Assent of the Housing Bill, Part 5 of which introduces Home Information Packs and Home Condition Reports is expected in the late Autumn of this year. On behalf of the ODPM, Property Industry Research Ltd organised a conference and trade show to introduce all future Home Inspectors to training requirements,assessment centre procedures, standards required, competence, conduct, service and the inspection and reporting requirements for HCRs' Energy Efficiency.
