The Eighth Asia-Pacific Conference on Wind Engineering (APCWE-VIII) is being organized during 10-14 December 2013, at Chennai, India, by CSIR-Structural Engineering Research Centre (CSIR-SERC) in cooperation with Indian Society for Wind Engineering (ISWE) and International Association for Wind Engineering(IAWE). The themes of the conference include wind engineering, aeroelasticity,boundary layer wind-tunnel testing, computational fluid dynamics, field measurements and health monitoring, wind disaster mitigation, etc.
