3rd Leading Edge Conference

In view of the success of the previous two conferences a 3rd "Leading Edge" Conference is planned for Thursday, 7 November 2002. Manchester Airport is again the chosen venue because of the ease of accessibility and its being an ideal environment for open and stimulating debate.

Roger Harr, Practice owner of Zahn-Arztpraxis Dental Practice in Switzerland and winner of the EFQM excellence award, is one of the guest speakers, as is Daniel Verschere, an experienced practitioner in supporting health-care organisations throughout France to use the EFQM excellence model.
