Reports on sessions at the 1992 American Society for Information Science annual conference, held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Includes recent developments in electronic refereed journals and the future of electronic publishing. Considers some of the implications for libraries of the growth in full‐text electronic publications and strategies for implementation and access.
