Emilio Ruzo-Sanmartín (PhD) is Professor of Marketing at the university Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (Spain). His research interest includes supply chain management, international marketing, sales management, corporate social responsibility, pro-environmental behaviour, social impact measurement, competitive market structure analysis, family business or entrepreneurship. He has published in academic journals, such as Journal of International Marketing, Journal of World Business, Journal of Business Research, Business Strategy and the Environment, International Journal of Logistics Management, European Management Journal, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, Management Research Review, or International Journal of Market Research, among others.

Alaa Abdelaziz Abousamra holds a PhD in Economics and Business at the University Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (Spain) and an MBA in Supply Chain Management at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (Egypt). He is Purchasing Manager at Vestas Wind System A/S. His research interest includes supply chain management, studying the role of IIT and supply chain integration in performance. He has published in academic journals, such as International Journal of Logistics Management, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing or Journal of Business Economics and Management.

Carmen Otero-Neira (PhD) is a Marketing Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at the University of Vigo (Spain). Her research interests include competitive strategy, new products, sustainability, sales management and service marketing. She has published on these topics in a variety of journals, such as Journal of Bank Marketing, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Marketing Intelligence and Planning, Leadership and Organization Development Journal, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Journal of Social Marketing, Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing and International Journal of Bank Marketing, among others.

Göran Svensson is Professor at Kristiania University College (Norway) and holds a PhD from Gothenburg University (Sweden). He is the editor of European Business Review (Emerald) and an active and dedicated member of numerous editorial boards and editorial review boards of international research journals. Furthermore, he is a committed member of numerous international research and scholarly networks and associations. He is a frequent author of international journal articles and international conference contributions as well as a book author. He also works at times as an adviser and consultant in business and organizes seminar series and workshops for both business and academia.
