The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the Counter‐Inflation (Temporary Pro‐visions) Act 1972 (hereinafter referred to as “the 1972 Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
