The Industrial Injuries Joint Authority in exercise of the powers conferred by Schedule 4, paragraphs 1(d) and 2, of the National Insurance. (Industrial Injuries) Act 1965 and of all other powers enabling that Authority in that behalf and after reference to the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council hereby makes the following regulations:—
