The National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) (Claims and Payments) Amendment Regulations 1969 Available to Purchase

The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of his powers under section 27 of the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act 1965, section 5 of the National Insurance Act 1966 and section 2 of the National Insurance &c. Act 1969 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations which, by virtue of section 3 of the said Act of 1969, are exempt from the requirements of section 62 of the said Act of 1965 (reference to Industrial Injuries Advisory Council):—
