The National Insurance (Unemployment and Sickness Benefit) Amendment Regulations 1969 Available to Purchase

The National Insurance Joint Authority, in exercise of powers conferred by section 20 of the National Insurance Act 1965, and the Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of his powers under section 20 of the said Act and section 3 of the National Insurance Act 1966, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following regulations which by virtue of section 3 of the National Insurance &c. Act 1969 are exempt from the requirements of section 108 of the said Act of 1965 (reference to the National Insurance Advisory Committee):—
