Mehrajunnisa Mehrajunnisa is a Doctoral Researcher at College of Business, Abu Dhabi University (AACSB and EQUIS Accredited). She holds a Master’s degree in Business administration (MBA) from Osmania University and Bachelors in Engineering and Technology (B.Tech) from JNTU University. She is an active researcher, trainer and academician with 7 years of teaching experience working as Assistant Professor at Royal Institute of Technology & Science, teaching various management subjects: Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Change management, Strategic Management and Management for Engineers. Her research interest lies in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Creativity and Innovation, Strategic Management and Change Management. In addition, prior to academia she has industry experience working as Training and Development Specialist at Construction Industry. Her work has been published in the leading journals like International Journal of Gender and Entrepreneurship, Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies.

Fauzia Jabeen is a Professor of Management at the College of Business at Abu Dhabi University (AACSB and EQUIS Accredited). She holds a Ph.D. in Management and has substantial academic and industrial experience in the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Jabeen’s teaching and research interests pertain to Women Entrepreneurship & Small Medium Enterprises, Strategic Management, Sustainability, International Business, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership. Her work has been published in the leading journals like International Journal of Hospitality Management, Knowledge Management Research & Practice, Food Quality and Preferences, International Journal of Bank Marketing, International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business, International Journal of Gender and Entrepreneurship, and Gender in Management: An International Journal. Khalid Mehmood (PhD, Beijing Institute of Technology) is a Senior Research Fellow at Tongji University, Shanghai, China. Dr. Khalid is active in the Academy of Management, European Academy of Management and Asia Academy of Management. His research focuses on leadership, deviant behavior, corporate social responsibility, sustainable innovation management, women leadership and leaders’ emotions in organizations, and he has published several peer reviewed papers and book chapters in those areas. His work has been published in high impact journals such as Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Journal of Construction Engineering and Management, Energies, and Evidence-based HRM.
