Technology development and public organization management

Dr Kuotsai Tom Liou is Professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida. He has published 6 books and more than 60 refereed journal articles and book chapters in the areas of public organizational management, government reform, economic development and public policy issues in China. Dr Liou’s articles have appeared in American Review of Public Administration, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, Public Performance and Management Review, Review of Public Personnel Administration, etc.

Qian Hu is Associate Professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida. Her research interests include collaborative governance, organizational network studies, e-governance and policy informatics. Her work has been published in academic journals such as Public Administration Review, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, American Review of Public Administration, Public Management Review, Journal of Urban Affairs, Administration & Society, American Behavioral Scientist, Research Policy and Journal of Public Affairs Education.
