Hasan Uvet is an Assistant Professor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the School of Business, Georgia Gwinnett College, Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA. His research interests include performance-based contracts, logistics service quality and supply chain learning. He received his BS in System Engineering with a minor in Business Administration in 2003 from Turkish Military Academy, and his MA in International Security Strategy Management and Leadership in Turkish Army War College in 2013. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Business - Logistics Systems at the University of North Texas in 2015.

Hasan Celik is a Ph.D. student of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the College of Business, University of North Texas, Denton, Texas, USA. His research interests include performance-based contracts, supply chain resilience, inter-organizational relations, relational contracts and marketing strategy. He received his BS in System Engineering with a minor in Industrial Engineering in 2002 from Turkish Military Academy, his MS in Management (Manpower Systems Analysis) in 2011 from Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California, USA and his MA in International Security Strategy Management and Leadership in Turkish Army War College in 2013.

Sedat Cevikparmak is a third-year Ph.D. student in Business - Logistics Systems at the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas, USA. His research interests include effects of risk propensities on contracts, performance-based contracts, transaction cost economics theory and risk neutrality assumption, logistics infrastructure scorecard and supply chain finance. He received his BS in Foreign Area Studies (Middle East) in 1997 at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, his MS in National Security Affairs (Middle East) in 2002 at Naval Post-Graduate School, Monterey, CA.

Saban Adana is a Ph.D. student of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the College of Business Administration, University of North Texas, Denton, Texas, USA. His research interest include supply chain resilience and risk management, supply chain learning, transportation management, organizational factors that influence the performance of a supply chain. He received his undergraduate degree from United States Military Academy at West Point in 2002 in both System Engineering and International Relations. He earned his master’s degree in National Security Affairs at Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey California and Turkish Army War College.
