Tesco, who give awards to local authorities for energy conservation are now winners themselves of a GEM (Gas Energy Management) award for a project at their headquarters at Cheshunt. Outlined below is the successful scheme which Tesco developed in conjunction with the Eastern Gas Technical Consultancy Services.
