Brazilian federal universities and their sustainable practices based on sustainable logistics management plan

Rosamaria Cox Moura-Leite is a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Salamanca in Spain. She is a Professor at the School of Management and Business, Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul located in Campo Grande, Brazil. She teaches at the master and doctorate programs in Business Administration and also teaches at the Master’s in Accounting Sciences program. She is a Member/Researcher of the Observatory for Sustainability in Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (OSES-ALC). She researches mainly on the following topics: Social Responsibility; Voluntary Disclosure; Social Economy; Sustainability in Higher Education.

José Carlos de Jesus Lopes is a PhD in Environment and Development from the Federal University of Paraná in Curitiba, Brazil. He is a Professor at the School of Management and Business, Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul and he currently is the Director of this School. He teaches at two master’s degree programs, one in Public Administration and other one in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability. He researches mainly on the following topics: Public Administration (Public Governance; Public Management, Organizational Efficiency) and Sustainability (Bioeconomy, Zero Carbon, Smart Cities, Sustainable Logistics Management Plan and Solid Waste Management).

Carolina Yamazaki is studying a bachelor's degree in Economics at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). She received a scholarship from UFMS for scientific initiation in a project on socio-environmental practices at Brazilian federal universities.
