Examining the implementation of UN sustainable development goals in Brazilian universities

Marcos Roque da Rosa is a Research Doctorate Student in the Energy and Sustainability Postgraduate Program at the Federal University of Latin American Integration (UNILA) in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil. He has a Master’s degree in Technology, Management and Sustainability from Western Paraná State University (UNIOESTE), Brazil. He studies mainly the following topics: IT systems analysis and development, sustainability reporting, management frameworks, green IT, sustainability in higher education, agile methodologies and public administration.

Sara Moggi is an Associate Professor in social accounting at the University of Verona, and her research is focused on sustainability measurement and reporting. The mainstream research concentrates on sustainability reporting for stakeholders, considering these subjects as pivotal to evaluate and shape the sustainable strategies of the firms in terms of social, economic and environmental performance. Her work has been published in the International Journal of Public Administration, Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly and Accounting Forum. She is a member of the Editorial Board of Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal, Accounting Forum, Accounting History and International Journal of Innovation and Sustainable Development.

Clodis Boscarioli is an Associate Professor at Western Paraná State University (UNIOESTE), Brazil. He is a Doctor in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil. He is a Computer Science graduate and Permanent Professor of Computer Science and Science Education and Mathematic Education Postgraduate Programs at UNIOESTE. He is interested in Human–computer interaction, Machine learning, computer education, mathematics education, and Sustainability.

Kátya Regina de Freitas Zara is a Federal University of Latin American Integration (UNILA) Professor in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil. She is a Doctor in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil. She is a Chemical Engineering Professor and permanent Professor of the Energy and Sustainability postgraduate program at UNILA. She is interested in engineering teaching, environmental education, integrated management systems and sustainability.
