United Nations Alliance on Climate Change Education, Training and Public Awareness Launched

The United Nations Alliance on Climate Change Education, Training and Public Awareness was launched at COP 18 in Qatar in December 2012. The Alliance was launched in support of the newly established Doha work programme on Article 6 of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. The Alliance will showcase examples of successful cooperation on climate education, training and public awareness activities.
