The shallow end

IT IS NOT OFTEN that we have a topic to discuss which is likely to be news to 90% of our readers. The Library Association's Periodicals Questionnaire was sent out to a so‐called random sample of the membership totalling 10%; so the 90% doesn't know how the other 10% has been living recently. As we were among those lighted on by random, we are more than prepared to let you know.
