At least one fiche will be held back from the public search rooms. This means anything which previously tended to ‘disappear’ from hard copy files, can now be replaced instantly by processing more fiche copies. Without making much ado about this, Companies House may have put an end to some highly questionable user practices concerning the files of companies in the takeover arena.
