On top of our staffing difficulties we've had a two‐month embargo on book orders dictated by the City Treasurer, we've closed earlier and opened later and the electricity supply has been static. Fuses have blown, the lift hasn't worked, toilets have become unusable and we've had to close the library at half an hour's notice.
