TWO years ago (NLW August 1980), a new pressure group was launched with the self‐deprecating acronym Piffle—standing for Programme In Favour of Full Left‐handed Equality. The intention was to influence publishers, manufacturers and others to consider the feelings and needs of that oppressed minority, us left‐handers.
