Archive and record management in a typical municipal council in Nigeria

Examines the management system of record/archival material in Biu Municipal Council, typical of Nigeria, through the administration of a questionnaire and interviews, as well as personal observation on the state of the art in the council. Suggests recommendations/ solutions based on the findings.
