Luitzen De Boer (1970) is a Professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway and Chairs the research group on Green Value Creation at Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management. He Graduated from the University of Twente in the Netherlands in Industrial Engineering and obtained his Doctoral Degree from the same university. His main research interests include sustainable purchasing management, logistics and supply chain management.

Poul Houman Andersen (1964) is a Professor at the Aalborg University, Denmark, affilliated with the IKE (Innovation and competitiveness) group and Professor II at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway. He obtained his Doctoral Degree from The Aarhus School of Business, Denmark. His current research interests concern the organization and management of collaborative innovation with suppliers and the emergence of market exchange processes.
