The fine tolerance sanding and the perfect polished finish required for automotive veneered parts and for acrylic fabrications require advanced robot controls, specially designed jigs and bespoke software not found in standard robot finishing installations.

These advanced systems are developed in house, specifically for each customer. The finer technical details are therefore confidential, however, at the heart of all such systems is a unique constant pressure control, some specially developed interactive sanding and polishing heads and tailor made consumables.
