Larger vacuum cup gripper improves sheet handling

Piab introduces a new family of extra large vacuum suction cup grippers known as the XLF line. Available in diameters of 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm,the XLF suction grippers are designed with an aluminum plate molded into the 60°Shore Nitrile PVC rubber. This strong but gentle material does not leave behind any marks on the handled sheet material eliminating the need for any extra clean up.
The XLF line is ideal for handling sensitive sheet materials as it is soft and does not chip or damage the handled object. A unique double lip design increases handling safety in case any sharp of the sheet might damage the suction cup. Built in cleats, in the gripper, make it possible to handle loads to 453 kg.
